DNS4ME 5.2.0.3 is an interesting utility that lets you assign domains to dynamic IPs, so when they automatically change, they associate themselves with the same domain. Thus it will always be the same domain even though it is either a dynamic or static web.

As it is a simulation of a static IP, it lets you configure the FTP, web and email of that IP, and of course for that domain, and works easily as if it were a fixed IP (when in reality it isn´t), and you can work it using your own virtual server.
