If you suspect your internet connection has a problem, 'Internet connectivity Logger' can help you to do continuous testing and generate report to show your ISP. You can set it to do testing at intervals from 1 second to few minutes over about a day or a week, Record the time of the test and the results for all the tests, and export to a text file. Then you can contact your Internet Service Provider to discuss the results.
